Bower Security created an Emergency Preparedness Plan in coordination with local Public Safety Officials to handle any type of incident that may arise. The Emergency Preparedness Plan documents are disseminated along with responsibilities to the volunteer staff, all vendors and venue management. Bower Security maintains a command post during the event coordinating public safety efforts and implementing the Emergency Preparedness Plan’s directives to accommodate any incident and facilitate resumption of normal event activities in a timely manner.
